At Whitney Hair, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every woman to feel confident in her purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to support you. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the hair is in its original, unused condition, meaning:
- The bundles have not been installed
- The hair has not been brushed, coloured, cut, or altered
- The original tags and packaging are still included
- The hair remains exactly as received
To uphold the premium quality standard we promise every customer, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been worn or altered in any way.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout to ensure you’ve selected the correct textures, lengths, and products for your install.
