Every bundle is ethically sourced, unprocessed, full from root to tip, and finished with our signature purple stitching. No fillers, no factory blending, no over-processing. Just raw temple hair crafted to perform and created for women who refuse to settle.
We currently offer two raw textures:
- Straight - Sleek, soft, and versatile. Takes heat beautifully while keeping its natural body.
- Wavy - Effortless, bouncy, and full. Styles easily and returns to its natural wave pattern with minimal effort.
We also offer Raw Bundles for a fuller install if you want a customised blend or added volume.
Yes. Whitney Hair ships across the UK, EU, and worldwide. Delivery times vary based on location, but you’ll receive full tracking with every order.
Our shipping structure is simple:
- UK: 2–3 business days
- EU: 3–5 business days
- International: 4–7 business days
(Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region. Customs duties may apply for international orders.)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened hair
products with the original packaging intact. Once a product has been opened, installed,
worn or handled in a way that affects hygiene, it cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.

When you place a pre-order:
- Your hair is reserved immediately.
- You’ll see the estimated dispatch window at checkout.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a full tracking link.

Place an online order between 12–18 Dec 2025 and collect it at the Whitney Hair Christmas Event to automatically receive one raffle entry. Multiple orders = multiple entries. You can also earn a bonus entry by bringing a friend to the event. All entries are verified by the event team.
One winner will be selected live at the Christmas Event on 18 Dec 2025 to receive a Whitney Hair prize (raw bundles, a styling experience, or partner products). You must be present or reachable at the event to claim. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
